Decide what the sample needs to demonstrate

List the questions you want to answer: whether your cargo fits, whether the seating is suitable, how the vehicle performs on your daily route, and how charging fits your schedule. Clear evaluation goals help you decide which features to keep or change.

Confirm sample costs and shipping separately

Ask about sample availability, packing and transport. These arrangements may differ from a bulk order. Include the destination country, quantity, preferred configuration and timing in your inquiry. Discuss any local documentation requirements before shipment.

Record the changes needed after evaluation

Use photos, measurements or operating notes to explain any issues. Separate essential changes from optional improvements. If the battery, body or accessories change, confirm the updated specification and quotation rather than relying on an earlier conversation.

Use one final specification for the bulk order

Record the model, configuration, colours, accessories, quantity and acceptance requirements together. Review payment, lead time, packing, shipping and after-sales terms. State any differences between the sample and the bulk order in the agreed documents.
