Check the model and configuration

A model identifies the vehicle series; a configuration identifies the particular equipment supplied. The same model may have different batteries, bodies or accessories. Use matching configuration names or lists when comparing prices and specifications.

Review dimensions, payload or seating for your use

For cargo vehicles, compare overall dimensions, cargo-box dimensions and rated payload together. Cargo that fits may still exceed the weight limit. For passenger vehicles, check the seat layout, cabin space and access. Compare these details with the work you expect the vehicle to do.

Read the complete battery specification

Compare battery type, voltage, capacity and charging requirements together, and check which vehicle configuration they apply to. If the quotation allows a different battery, reconfirm the related specifications, cost and supply arrangements.

Check the conditions behind a range figure

Ask which battery, load, speed, road conditions and temperature were used. Figures measured under different conditions may not be directly comparable. Share your daily mileage and operating conditions when discussing a suitable configuration.

Separate included equipment from optional items

Check which body, accessories and supplied equipment are included in the price, and which items cost extra. Shipping, spare parts and other services should also be stated separately. Include these details in the final configuration and quotation.
